Webinar Video: Learn More About the MANRS Development Process

MANRS is built on the principles of transparency, inclusiveness, and consensus. Now, we’re introducing a formalized process to guide the development, adoption, and maintenance of MANRS documents. For a deeper dive into why we’re making these changes, check out: The MANRS Development Process (MDP).

To raise awareness, facilitate discussion, and answer questions about the MDP, we organized two webinars on 19 February. In each session, Andrei Robachevsky walked through the entire process and noted that we’re following the new MANRS Development Process to ratify the process itself. The two sessions are similar, with different questions from participants at the end so we include both session videos below.

Timeline for Implementation

• Call for Comments (by the Steering Committee): Until 28 February
• Incorporation of Feedback: Until 7 March
• MANRS Last Call: 10-24 March
• Ratification by the Steering Committee: 24 March – 14 April
• Publication of the MDP: 8 April
