If we notice a high amount of filtered prefixes from a given customer on our route server sessions, our customer service gets in touch with the customer to inform them about the issue. We provide help (if necessary) to update IRR/RPKI data.

We have several mailinglists for communication with all CIX members. Furthermore, members can also communicate with each other through IXP Manager. CIX has a published e-mail address and telephone number on CIX web through which members can contact them.
